Thrive Forever Balance - Beginner

Stay active forever! This class is geared towards building and maintaining strength and balance for older adults using the Pilates apparatus as well as practicing challenging balancing poses. Increase Leg strength, bone strength, and ankle and hip mobility for increased stride length and speed, balance, confidence, and well-being.

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:00 am. Limited to 4 participants. Taught by Orly.
